Among them, those produced in the first 40 years are called "Ko-Kutani" (old Kutani). These ceramics, were highly valued for their seven-color glaze, incorporating yellow, purple, navy, red, and green, along with underglaze and a rusted edge. It is produced in the city of Kaga, Ishikawa Prefecture.
