The Story

Description:
" I’ve assembled a tea utensil set in a Rikyu-style box made of paulownia wood, using "Hannari" (softly elegant) colors. I avoided complex elements like tied cords, creating a refined tea box that brings a flutter of delight each time it’s opened. A small, foil-stamped box, reminiscent of a sweets container, is tucked inside to hold treats, inviting one to look forward to tea time. At the heart of this arrangement is an antique tea scoop and its pouch, forming a charming and nostalgic combination." - Souu Dobashi
